Care instructions & size guide

Xenberg jewelry care instructions:

All jewels are crafted by hand in sterling silver, gold and precious stones.

Our pieces are thoughtfully designed and crafted in our studio.
Please avoid spraying perfume or applying creams directly onto your jewelry. We recommend removing your jewelry before going to bed and before strenuous activity.

Silver Care:
Store the silver Xenberg jewelry in a sealed plastic bag when not in use, to protect it from moisture and water. Silver naturally oxidizes over time, but it can be cleaned with metal polish, or baking soda and hot water, or a silver cleaning cloth.

Gold Care:
To clean and maintain the shine of your 14k solid gold piece, lightly scrub it with a soft-bristled brush using warm water and soap, then buff gently with a clean cloth. Store your gold jewelry in a safe and dry place when not wearing it.

Vermeil Care:

Gold or white gold vermeil is a layer of gold on top of silver, and it will naturally tarnish over time.

Clean it by gently buffing with a soft, dry cotton or microfiber cloth. Avoid using chemical cleaners, as they can strip the vermeil's finish.

If you do not know your ring size, we highly recommend having your finger sized by a local jeweler and asking for your US ring size as this will provide your most accurate size. If this is not possible, you can try the DIY measure method below:
