GODDESS Ring

All of our pieces are thoughtfully designed and crafted in our Tel-Aviv studio.
We recommend removing your jewelry before going to bed and before strenuous activity, and to avoid spraying perfume or applying creams directly onto your jewelry.

Silver Care:
Store silver Xenberg jewelry in a sealed plastic bag when not in use, to protect it from moisture and water. Silver naturally oxidizes over time, but it can be cleaned with metal polish or a baking soda and hot water solution.
 

Gold Care:
To clean and maintain the shine of your 14k solid gold piece, lightly scrub it with a soft-bristled brush using warm water and soap, then buff gently with a clean cloth. Store your gold jewelry in a safe and dry place when not wearing it.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Please note that the essence of a handmade product is that it doesn't look machine made and every piece is unique. If you experience any problems with a piece you have purchased, please contact us via mail - xenbergjewelry@gmail.com and we will resolve it in any way we can.

We accept returns/exchanges within 14 business days of receipt of your package upon approval by Xenberg. Item must be returned in its original packaging and condition via registered insured mail. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you must pay for the return shipping. We recommend that any return made to us will be fully insured and via a carrier that provides tracking information.

In the event that a returned package is lost or damaged during the shipment back, we will not be able to refund you. Once we have received the item(s) we will refund the cost of the item(s). Shipping charges will not be refunded. We only refund the credit card / Paypal account that was used to place the order. When returning a package, please remove all labels from the box and mark it "returned goods".

Israel:
$8 standard shipping / $15 express shipping.

Worldwide:
$15 standard shipping / $35 express shipping.

We use DHL for our express shipments to most countries. For standard shipping we use registered air mail with a tracking number.

Transit time is 10-14 days to most locations and up to 4 weeks. We will ship your order within 7 business days from order placement, except made-to-order pieces which will take 21 business days to make.
